Guest DT Members

I am looking for more guest DT members, if you are interested please reply to the post 'Guest DT Positions' in the forum and/or contact me for details at info@dircet2uscrapbooking.com.au. Guest DT spots are short term, no longer that 2 months. Now the details: To apply: * upload to D2U gallery 2 original LOs and 1 off the page project (will accept another LO if you don't have a OTP), please name each file uploaded with 'Guest DT Spot Application' and add description about your LO/OTP. * email me what you like most about scrapbooking, also tell me about one of your most fav technique & why you like it. Please include the LO with this technique to the gallery as part of you application. You will be expected: * to be an active member of the forum and respond regularly to topics on discussion board for your duration as guest DT, this includes answering questions, starting threads etc. * to complete the set number of LOs per month, you will have to complete 3 LOs per month. You will be supplied with a kit that has enough products for the 2 months for the required number of LOs (6 LOs total). I will be accepting applications until 7th September 2008. All DT member LOs images uploaded to the gallery will remain the property of D2U Scrapbooking, and as such will be used as we see fit eg. newsletters etc. Design Team members will receive credit for all of their designs.

'Spam' Comments on Gallery

Due to the increased number of Spam comments being left on the Gallery, I have had to do some changes. All new members who register on the Gallery, will have to be approved by admin before they can become active members. A email will be sent to all new gallery members to confirm that they are genuine users. If this does not stop the Spam I will have to permanently disable the comments on the gallery, this will only be as a last resort.

Revised International Shipping Charges

I have revised international shipping charges. Rates are as followed: New Zealand $16.50, Asia & Pacific $20.00, USA $25.00 and all other countries $30.00. All these prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. These shipping rates are for orders up to a maximum of 1kg. Direct 2 U Scrapbooking reserves the right to alter shipping costs for orders over 1kg. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.

New Year Events

I hope everyone had a wonderful 'New Years Eve', we did although the local fireworks were cancelled but we still made the most of the rain and high winds and partied on anyway. The forum is now up and live , so please do come and join us. I will be holding Cyber Scraps in the near future, so stay tuned for dates, these will be posted on the forum and will go out in a newsletter. I am still adding discussion boards to the forum, so check regularly to what has been added. I have added new categories/albums in the Gallery. December News Update

Hello and Welcome. Just a short not to let everyone know that the 'Forum' should be up and live hopefully by the end of next week, keeping fingers crossed. New stock coming in January. Basic Grey have done it again, they have another great collection 'Two Scops'. To see a sneek peek of some of the collection, go to my 'Blog'. Don't forget to submit your LO to the Gallery for the monthly challenges. It is simple, just use 1 of the 2 sketches that I have in the Gallery for this month. Coming Soon 'Forum'

September News

First of all I must apologise for the long brake between newsletters. My grand daughter has been very ill and has been in & out of hospital, very stressful for all of us. But she is better now, so things are back to reasonably normal.
I would like to thank everyone who applied for the Design Team Positions. The quality of work was outstanding, but I regret to say that due to circumstances beyond my control I will not be having a design team at this stage. Again thank you.
I have started purchasing direct from the manufacturers, expecting shipments from Prima, Queen & Co, Fancy Pants and Technique Tuesday Stamps.
Don't forget if you are looking for anything in particular, contact me and I will see what I can do.

Invalid Email Addresses

When completing customer registration, make sure that a valid email address is entered. I am getting a lot of emails bouncing back at present. So if you signed up for a premium membership and have not received your updated membership, it is because your email address in invalid. Can check your profile, please.
